CNN —Mexican authorities said Sunday that three bodies found in the state of Baja California earlier this week had been murdered and are “most likely” those of three missing surfers from the US and Australia. “It’s most likely that the three bodies are those of the three surfers, but the family is still going through the identification process,” Andrade said. She added that the three bodies had been determined as having been murdered but had not yet been formally identified. Family members of the surfers arrived in Tijuana on Saturday and would examine the corpses on Sunday afternoon, Andrade said. A local police source told CNN that authorities also found the men’s pickup truck, burned out, about 40 miles (65 kilometers) from where the bodies were found.

Forecasts from major Wall Street banks on the first rate cut are all over the place: JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs expect the first cut in July, while Wells Fargo is betting on September. Some Fed policymakers, meanwhile, have even floated the possibility of a rate hike, instead of a cut.

The petition asks a judge to appoint two longtime Wilson representatives — publicist Jean Sievers and manager LeeAnn Hard — to be conservators overseeing his personal and medical decisions because “Mr. Wilson is unable to properly provide for his own personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter.”The two women “have had a close relationship with Mr. and Mrs. Wilson for many years, and Mr. Wilson trusts them,” according to the filing. Ledbetter — whose husband credited her with stabilizing his famously troubled life — had managed his daily needs before her death on Jan. 30, the petition says. My apartment is above the unit where this occurred, and I returned to flies and a smelly apartment. Two months later, the co-op board got a court order allowing it to break the NYPD seal and remove the apartment’s contents. In typical cases where a neighbor causes unwanted odors, you would approach the co-op board and make a claim against the neighbor, depending upon the terms in your co-op’s governing documents. In this case, the co-op board could make the argument that your neighbor’s estate is the responsible party, if the deceased tenants were shareholders, or the sponsor, if they were renters.

CNN —The Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) is always entertaining, but few games in the history of the competition can stand up to Cameroon’s 3-2 win against Gambia on Tuesday. “The match, like all of AFCON, is insane,” he added in a separate post. Police responding to the Uvalde, Texas, shooting showed "no urgency," a DOJ report found.
